JZ 777 Terms and Conditions – Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jz 777" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" — refers to the jz 777 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jz777.online and through the jz 777 mobile application.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on jz 777 or is accessing the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a player upon successful registration with jz 777, used to access all platform services.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money PKR funds held in your jz 777 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

• "Bet / Wager" — a confirmed stake placed by a player on a sports betting market or game outcome at jz 777.

• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee; the sole currency in which jz 777 operates all player transactions.
• "Terms" — these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by jz 777 in accordance with Section 12.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the jz 777 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jz 777 strictly prohibits access to or use of its platform by individuals under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your jz 777 account. Depositing using payment methods belonging to another person — including family members — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion or voluntary ban from gambling platforms, whether imposed through jz 777 or any other gaming operator.

• You may hold only one jz 777 account. The existence of a second account — whether deliberate or inadvertent — will result in the closure of both accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in the duplicate account.

3Account Management

Once your jz 777 account is active, you take on full responsibility for managing it securely and in compliance with these Terms. The following account management rules apply at all times:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jz 777 will never ask for your password via email, phone, live chat or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from jz 777 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
• All activity carried out through your jz 777 account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. jz 777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jz 777 support immediately. We will take steps to secure the account pending investigation. Any bets placed or withdrawals processed before we are notified of unauthorised access cannot be reversed unless fraud is confirmed.
• You must keep your registered contact details — particularly your mobile number — current and accurate. jz 777 uses your registered mobile number for account verification, withdrawal confirmations and responsible gaming communications. An outdated number may delay your access to the account.
• Account closure requests can be submitted through the jz 777 support team at any time. Pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised. Accounts under active investigation for potential fraud or policy breach may be temporarily locked during the review period.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jz 777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern deposits into and withdrawals from your jz 777 account:

Deposits: jz 777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance within 2 minutes of successful payment confirmation. jz 777 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including from family members, friends or business associates — are not permitted and will trigger a withdrawal freeze pending investigation.
• jz 777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing deposits above certain thresholds as part of our anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
• Deposits made in error — for example, a double deposit — should be reported to jz 777 support immediately. Funds that have been wagered cannot be reversed on the basis of deposit error claims.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount from jz 777 is Rs 500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your jz 777 account and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, unless an exception has been approved by our payments team.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 2 minutes of request confirmation during standard operating periods. IBFT bank transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account has pending identity verification documents, an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, or if unusual activity has been flagged for review by our compliance team.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must first meet the applicable wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotional terms, after which the converted real-money amount becomes withdrawable balance.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets and game wagers placed through jz 777:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation screen or notification at jz 777 displaying a unique reference number. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted by the platform.
• Odds displayed on jz 777 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play odds in particular can move rapidly. The odds at which your bet is confirmed — not the odds displayed when you clicked — are the odds that apply to your wager.
• The minimum single bet stake on jz 777 is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed in your bet slip before confirmation.
• jz 777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical or human error, provided the error was not reasonably apparent to an informed bettor. Players will be notified of any voided bets and their stakes returned in full.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or reduced in scope before the minimum criteria for settlement are met, jz 777 will void affected bets and return stakes in full. For PSL and cricket matches, settlement requires at least one innings to be completed unless specifically stated otherwise in market-specific rules.
• Accumulator bets where one or more legs are voided will be settled on the remaining legs. The overall accumulator odds are recalculated with the voided leg removed.
• jz 777 does not accept bets from players who have inside information about an event — for example, a player who knows in advance that a cricket match has been fixed or that a key player is injured before that information becomes publicly available. Any bet identified as being placed on the basis of insider information will be voided and the account referred to our integrity team.

6Bonuses and Promotions

jz 777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible game/market restrictions and expiry dates that are published alongside each offer. These specific terms take precedence over these General Bonus Terms where they conflict.
• The jz 777 welcome bonus — currently 100% match on first deposit up to Rs 10,000 — is available to newly registered players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household and per payment method applies.
• Wagering requirements state how many times the bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in eligible play is required before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are staked first. Real-money balance is not used until your bonus funds are either fully wagered, converted to real-money balance, or expired.
• jz 777 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice, but not retroactively for players who have already accepted the offer and begun wagering in good faith.
• Players who create multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use coordinated betting patterns to exploit promotions, or otherwise abuse jz 777 bonus offers will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jz 777. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one jz 777 account or using a third party's account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software to place bets, access accounts or manipulate game outcomes on jz 777.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds on the jz 777 platform to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profits. Such bets will be voided and the relevant error corrected.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or fraud through the jz 777 payment system.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any other jz 777 game to gain an unfair advantage — including sharing hand information in real time during a live card game session.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at jz 777 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

8Responsible Gaming

9Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jz 777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any content from jz 777 without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of jz 777 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jz 777's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• jz 777 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• jz 777 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.
• jz 777 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms, your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted by local law.

11Privacy and Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by jz 777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on jz 777, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

12Amendments to These Terms

Changes to non-material matters — such as clarifications of existing rules, typographical corrections or formatting updates — may be made without prior notice. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit an account closure request before the updated Terms take effect.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jz 777 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, jz 777 operates a formal complaints resolution procedure.
